Petra Klepac

Dr. Petra Klepac is an Assistant Professor in Infectious Disease Modelling at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), affiliated with the Faculty of Epidemiology and Population Health. She holds visiting research positions at the University of Cambridge's Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics (DAMTP) and has an honorary affiliation with Public Health England. Her research integrates epidemiology, economics, ecology, and mathematics to design optimal strategies for controlling infectious diseases, focusing on demographic heterogeneities, socio-economic factors, and spatial dynamics.
