Petra Gyöngyi is an Associate Senior Lecturer at the Department of Law and a Researcher at Public Law within Lund University's Faculty of Law. Her work focuses on AI integration in judicial systems, European fundamental rights, and judicial independence. She holds a PhD in Legal Theory from Erasmus University Rotterdam and an LL.M. in Human Rights Law from the Central European University.
