Petra Elftorp is an Associate Professor in Education with Guidance Counselling at the University of Limerick since 2020, serving as Course Director for the MA in Guidance Counselling and Lifespan Development. She chairs the School of Education's Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) committee and contributed to securing the Athena Swan Bronze award in 2023.
