Prof. Dr. Peter Wick is a Lecturer at the Department of Health Sciences and Technology (D-HEST) at ETH Zurich. His research focuses on understanding the interactions of nanomaterials with human tissues, including barrier tissues, to assess their safety and develop innovative nanomedicines. He advises students in the Master of Science in Health Sciences and Technology (HST) specializing in Medical Technology and Human Health, Nutrition, and Environment.
Wick's laboratory investigates particle bio-functionalization, uptake, accumulation, and translocation across biological barriers.
