Peter Hettich

Prof. Dr. Peter Hettich is a Professor of Public Law at the University of St. Gallen (Law School), specializing in economic constitutional law, regulated markets, environmental law, and infrastructure law. He leads the Department of Economic Law at the Institute of Law and Economics (ILE-HSG) and co-heads the Centre for Energy Innovation, Governance, and Investment (EGI-HSG), part of the Swiss Competence Centre for Energy Transition (SCCER CREST). His research focuses on regulated sectors like energy, telecommunications, and public utilities.
