Peter Creighton

Peter Creighton is a Senior Honorary Research Fellow at the UWA Law School, The University of Western Australia. He holds qualifications including LLB, BJuris from Western Australia, and BCL from Oxford. His research focuses on Constitutional Law, Equity, Trusts, and Human Rights Law with particular emphasis on Pacific regional legal frameworks. Creighton has contributed to significant legal publications such as the Pacific Human Rights Law Digest and Halsbury's Laws of Australia. His work includes analyses of statutory defences, estoppel principles, and Privy Council case precedents.
