Hayley J. Hooper is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Oxford, affiliated with Harris Manchester College and the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights. Her expertise spans Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights, and National Security. She holds degrees from the University of Glasgow (LLB) and the University of Oxford (BCL, MPhil, DPhil in Law).
