Professor Pete Langdon is a leading academic in Quaternary Science at the University of Southampton, serving as Associate Dean and former Head of the School of Geography and Environmental Science (2017-2021). His expertise spans climate-environment interactions, freshwater ecosystem resilience, and Arctic biogeochemistry. He has held editorial roles for Quaternary Research and the INQUA HABCOM commission, and contributed to over 100 peer-reviewed publications.
