Dr. Persefoni Tzanaki is a Research Fellow in Psychology at the University of Sussex, focusing on how music, reading, and synchronous interactions influence children’s social and emotional development. She holds a PhD in Music Psychology from the University of Sheffield (2020-2024), an MA in Psychology of Music (2015-2016), and a BEd in Primary Education from the University of Thessaly (2010-2014). Her work bridges psychology and the arts, emphasizing empathy and prosocial behavior in musical contexts.
