Perez Pedro

Pedro J. Perez is a Professor of Inorganic Chemistry at the University of Huelva, Spain, since 2005. He is a leading figure in homogeneous catalysis and hydrocarbon functionalization, particularly recognized for his work on alkane activation and alternative reaction media like supercritical carbon dioxide.

• PhD in Organometallic Chemistry (University of Sevilla, 1991), supervised by Prof. Ernesto Carmona
• Postdoctoral Fellow at University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill (1991-1993) under Prof. Maurice Brookhart
