Per Lindqvist is a Professor in the Department of Education at Linnaeus University, Sweden. He leads the Research on Pedagogical Professions and Practices (PEPP) environment and co-leads major research projects including studies on teacher relief roles and school support staff. His work focuses on teacher retention, professional roles, and the interplay between education systems and workplace dynamics. Lindqvist holds a PhD (2002) and has over 20 years of academic experience.
