Per Becker is a Professor of Risk and Sustainability at the Division of Risk Management and Societal Safety, LTH (Faculty of Engineering), Lund University. He holds concurrent professorships at the Swedish Defence University (Leadership and Command & Control) and North-West University (Environmental Sciences and Management, South Africa), with affiliations to the School of Critical Studies, University of Glasgow.
