Penny Carey

Prof Penny Carey is Dean of the Schools of Law and Education at the University of Hertfordshire, holding dual roles as Professor of Legal Education and Leadership. She leads strategic initiatives in internationalisation of higher education and commercial law education. Her professional roles include Chair of the Committee of Heads of University Law Schools and Dean of The Law Society's Learning and Development Steering Group, overseeing professional development for 200,000 solicitors in England and Wales.
