Penelope Plowman

Penelope Plowman is an External Research Associate at the School of International Development, University of East Anglia, where she contributes to teaching, professional training, and consultancy work. With a PhD from UEA (2006), her academic journey includes a Certificate of Qualification in Social Work from the University of Bristol (1988) and a BA (Hons) in Social Administration from the University of Nottingham (1981).
