Pauline Hoffmann is a Research Fellow at the Chair of Public Administration & Public Policy within the Department of Political & Social Sciences at Zeppelin University. Her work focuses on (inter)national crisis interventions, public administration, and global governance.
- Education: B.A. in Political Science (University of Mannheim, Lund University); M.A. in Politics and Public Administration (University of Konstanz, University of Zurich, Utrecht University); M.Sc. in European Governance.
Her research explores the performance of international organizations in humanitarian aid, crisis management during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the use of novel disaggregated data and experimental designs. She contributes to interdisciplinary projects like InnoLoK and collaborates with the Computational Social Science Cluster at Zeppelin University.
Recent publications address UN Security Council reform, Sahel strategy, and pandemic crisis perception. Her work bridges empirical analysis with policy relevance.
