Paula S. Jones is a Lecturer in Management at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Previously, she held senior HR leadership roles at Genentech for over 15 years, where she developed enterprise-wide diversity strategies and established employee resource groups. She holds a JD from Golden Gate University and has served as an Adjunct Professor at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and University of San Francisco Law School.
Her teaching focuses on interpersonal dynamics in organizational settings, drawing from her extensive industry experience in talent development and strategic HR consulting. She teaches the core course OB 374: Interpersonal Dynamics at Stanford GSB.
