Leslie Chin is a Lecturer in Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB), holding the Dorothy J. King Lecturer in Leadership title for 2024–2025. She also serves as Co-Director of the Interpersonal Dynamics for High-Performance Executives program. Her roles extend to adjunct and lecturer positions at institutions such as Stanford Law School, USF Law School, UC Berkeley School of Law, and UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law.
Education: She holds an MS in Psychology (Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, 2004), an MBA (Stanford GSB, 1984), and a BS in Mathematical Sciences with distinction (Stanford University, 1979).
Research & Teaching: Focused on leadership development, interpersonal dynamics, and team effectiveness, Chin teaches courses like OB 374: Interpersonal Dynamics and Global Trip Leadership Skills. She pioneered leadership programs in Beijing and at INSEAD, and developed specialized courses on social intelligence in law, effective teamwork, and grief support facilitation. Her work emphasizes practical skill-building in leadership and emotional intelligence.
