Kirsten Moss is a Lecturer in Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB), where she also served as Assistant Dean of MBA Admissions & Financial Aid from 2017 to 2023. Her career spans over three decades in leadership development, talent assessment, and academic administration. She previously held leadership roles at Harvard Business School, including Managing Director of MBA Admissions and Director of Career Services.
Education: PsyD from William James College (2017), MBA from Harvard Business School (1992), and AB in Social Studies from Harvard University (1986). Her research focuses on leadership assessment through behavioral interviews and organizational dynamics. She co-facilitates the Interpersonal Dynamics course at Stanford GSB and consults on leadership development strategies.
