Professor Paula Brough is a Professor of Organisational Psychology and Director of the Centre for Work, Organisation and Wellbeing at Griffith University. Her research focuses on occupational stress, employee mental health, work engagement, and workplace conflict. She holds a PhD from the University of Bristol, a Bachelor of Arts from Bangor University, and a Master of Science from Cranfield University.
