Dr. Adam Robertson is a Research Fellow at Griffith University's Centre for Work Organisation and Wellbeing, focusing on workplace wellbeing, construction industry challenges, and mental health interventions. He holds a PhD from Monash University (2022) and an MBA from Griffith University (2014). With 14 years of industry experience as a project manager and HR consultant in construction, he bridges academic research with practical applications.
