Paul T Nimmo is Professor of Systematic Theology at the University of Aberdeen, holding the historic King's Chair (1620). He previously served as Meldrum Senior Lecturer in Reformed Theology at Edinburgh and a post-doctoral Research Assistant at Cambridge.

He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses on Christian theology, sacramental theology, and Karl Barth. He is an ordained elder in the Church of Scotland and Vice-Convenor of its Theological Forum.
