Paul Morgan

Professor Paul Morgan serves as Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education) at Buckinghamshire New University (BNU), overseeing student experience and academic strategy. Previously, he taught sports psychology and management at Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Birmingham, and held roles in the language travel industry. His research focuses on team resilience in elite sports, translating insights to business, military, and healthcare contexts. He earned a PhD in Sports Psychology from Loughborough University and is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
