Paul Clyde is a Clinical Professor and Movses and Maija Kaldjian Collegiate Lecturer at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He serves as President of the William Davidson Institute, focusing on private sector engagement in low- and middle-income countries. His career spans over 25 years advising firms across industries like healthcare, education, and energy in over two dozen countries. Previously, he led the Ross School’s Part-Time Program and developed the Weekend MBA. Before academia, he worked at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division and consulted on competition policy in transition economies like the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Education: PhD in Economics (UCLA, 1990) and BS in Business (Indiana University, 1985).
