Prof. Paul Boselie is a Professor of Public Administration and Organizational Science at Utrecht University's School of Governance. His research focuses on optimizing employee contributions, healthcare/education/government performance, and employer engagement for vulnerable workers. He serves as Chief Open Science at Utrecht University, driving reforms in academic recognition systems.
Research interests include HRM in public/nonprofit sectors, organizational performance, and Open Science initiatives.
