Paul Anderson is an Associate Professor of Law and Director of the National Sports Law Institute (NSLI) at Marquette University Law School. He oversees the Sports Law Program, directs sports law events, and manages internships and certificate programs. His expertise spans sports law, legal issues in athletics, and gender equity in sport.
Education:

Research Interests: Anderson focuses on legal frameworks governing sports facilities, youth and collegiate athletics, athlete agency regulation, and the intersection of sports law with economics and ethics. His work addresses stadium leases, NIL rights, and gender equity policies.
