Paul Ahlstrand is a Lecturer in Music at Tufts University's Department of Music, School of Arts and Sciences. He holds a BM from Syracuse University (1979) and specializes in jazz performance and arrangement. As an active performer, he has collaborated with numerous artists including The Four Tops, The Temptations, Frankie Valli, and Susan Tedeschi.
His professional work extends internationally with performances across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. Ahlstrand maintains an extensive discography and serves as musical director for benefit concerts supporting causes like the New Orleans Musicians Clinic.
