Rev. Patrick E. Reidy, C.S.C. is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame Law School and Co-Director of the Church Properties Initiative within the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate. He is an ordained Roman Catholic priest with the Congregation of Holy Cross. His research focuses on the intersection of property law and religion, addressing legal frameworks for religious property ownership and doctrinal impacts on religious practice.
