Patrick Kelly is a Senior Lecturer in Media at RMIT University’s School of Media and Communication, where he specializes in creative screen practices and digital storytelling. A creative practitioner, his films have been exhibited internationally at venues including The Lock Up Gallery and Midsumma Festival.
His research explores:

- Smartphone filmmaking innovations
- Documentary narrative strategies
- Digital distribution models
