Professor Patricia Worthy is a full-time faculty member at the Howard University School of Law, teaching courses in Professional Responsibility, Administrative Law, Legal Methods, and Telecommunications Law and Policy. She has served in leadership roles including former Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (2001, 2003) and Interim Dean (2002), and currently chairs the Faculty Judicial Clerkship Committee and participates in the OSCAR Working Group.

Her research focuses on telecommunications law, legal ethics, and judicial processes, with publications addressing First Amendment challenges, attorney-client privilege in technological contexts, and equity in regulatory frameworks. Professor Worthy has authored four key publications, reflecting her expertise in telecommunications regulation, judicial selection, and legal ethics. These works highlight intersections between technology, law, and public policy.
