Patricia Kleban

Patricia Kleban is an Associate Teaching Professor and Director of the RPTM Student Success Center at The Pennsylvania State University's College of Health and Human Development. She specializes in undergraduate student development within the Department of Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management, overseeing advising, internships, engaged learning, and professional skill-building programs.

Grants and projects include a Department of Defense-funded program (2009–2015) on inclusive recreation for wounded warriors and collaborative training with Marine Corps Community Service (2012–2013). She actively contributes to professional organizations like PA Recreation and Park Society and Resort and Commercial Recreation Association.
