Patricia Hund Zebertavage is a Lecturer in Law and serves as Associate Division Counsel and Supervisory Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Philadelphia. Her expertise lies in national security law, overseeing cyber, counterintelligence, counter-proliferation, and counterterrorism investigations. She plays a key role in FISA applications and compliance and serves on a DOJ-FBI working group for FISA process reform.
Her research and professional interests include National Security Law, Counterterrorism Law, FISA, Constitutional Law, Ethics and Compliance, CIPA, Employment Law, and Law Enforcement Training. These reflect her extensive operational and legal experience within federal law enforcement.
She has provided training internationally, including teaching a course on Advanced Techniques in Counterterrorism Investigations at the International Law Enforcement Academy in Budapest, Hungary. She also serves as an FBI Ethics Advisor and Co-Chair of the FBI Philadelphia Diversity and Inclusion Committee, where she leads workshops and provides counsel on employment law.
Ms. Hund Zebertavage has built strong collaborative relationships with attorneys from the Department of Justice, U.S. Attorneys’ Offices, and various federal, state, and local agencies through her work on classified prosecutions and national security matters.
