Jacquelyn Kasulis is a Lecturer in Law at New York University School of Law and a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York, where she practices in the Government, Regulatory & Internal Investigations group. She is a former federal prosecutor and served as Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York (EDNY), overseeing 480 employees and all criminal, civil, and appellate matters in the district.
Her research and professional interests center on white-collar crime, corporate compliance, securities fraud, financial crimes, cybercrime, and regulatory enforcement. She brings real-world legal expertise to her academic role, focusing on practical legal training and leadership in prosecution and corporate investigations.
