Prof. Pasquale Policastro is a full-time Professor at the University of Szczecin's Faculty of Law and Administration. His research focuses on constitutional law, comparative constitutionalism, legal philosophy, European Union law, and environmental legal frameworks. He holds a habilitation in legal sciences and a Doctor honoris causa from Alba Iulia University. His work bridges constitutional theory with interdisciplinary approaches, addressing contemporary challenges like climate migration and biosphere protection.
