Marek Tkaczuk

Dr. Marek Tkaczuk is a Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin, specializing in legal history and administrative law. His research focuses on fiscal systems of the Second Polish Republic, constitutional history, and family law developments. He holds a doctoral degree (2004) and habilitation (2020) from the same institution.

His academic roles include serving as Vice-Dean (2008-2010, 2012-2016) and currently chairs the University of Szczecin's Disciplinary Committee for students. His teaching encompasses history of law, state systems, and administrative thought.

Key research areas include taxation history, Polish constitutionalism, and legal practices of the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland. He has published extensively on maritime administration, family law repression post-WWII, and judicial system organization.
