Pascale Florestal is a Visiting Guest Artist Professor in Theater at Suffolk University, where she contributes to courses such as Arts & Culture from the African Diaspora, Theatre at Work, and Ensemble Singing. She is also the Education Director of The Front Porch Arts Collective, a black theater company dedicated to advancing racial equity in Boston, and serves as a full member of the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers (SDC Union). Her work spans directing, dramaturgy, and education, with recent projects including the Broadway National Tour of Jagged Little Pill.

Teaching & Leadership: Pascale created The Young Critics and Apprenticeship Program, emphasizing youth mentorship. She has held associate producer roles for The Reading Series and Black Out Events, and collaborates with prominent directors such as Kimberly Senior and Billy Porter.
