Pardeep Attri is an Assistant Professor (Lecturer) at the University of Bath's Centre for Business, Organisations and Society (CBOS), within the Management Strategy & Organisation department. His research focuses on organizational disparities, equality, diversity, and strategies employed by marginalized groups. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Central European University (2018–2023). His work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to equality and inclusion.
Research interests include examining workplace discrimination, resistance strategies for marginalized communities, and the intersection of business and societal challenges. He is actively supervising doctoral projects on marginalized groups' workplace experiences and resistance tactics.
Attri has secured two research grants: an Engage and Involve Grant (Dec 2024–Aug 2025) and ongoing public engagement funding (Feb 2024–present). He has presented at conferences like the Academy of Management Annual Meeting and organized workshops on caste systems and economic development.
His peer-reviewed contributions span journals like Journal of Management Studies and Business & Society. Collaborations include studies on caste dynamics in organizations and digital discrimination in emerging markets.
