Paola Profeta is a Full Professor of Public Economics and Dean for Diversity, Inclusion, and Sustainability at Bocconi University. She leads the AXA Research Lab on Gender Equality and has held academic positions at institutions including the University of Pavia and Université Catholique de Louvain.
