Maria Cristina Degoli is a Labor Law Researcher (RTD-A) at the University of Milan's Private Law and History of Law Department. She specializes in balancing solidarity and responsibility frameworks within labor and welfare systems. Her work focuses on inclusive policies related to migration integration, gender equality, and pension solutions for fragmented careers.
Education: Holds a dual Italian-French PhD in Juridical Sciences (2014) from University of Modena/Reggio Emilia (IT) and Université Toulouse 1 Capitole (FR). Her doctoral thesis explored 'Labor and Welfare: new balances between solidarity and responsibility.'
