Francesca Marinelli is an Associate Professor of Labor Law at the State University of Milan and holds visiting scholar/professor roles at Loyola University of Chicago, Beijing University, Kobe University, and the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) at Cergy Paris University. She leads projects on Gender Equality in the workplace and the Glossary of Inclusion at Human Hall. Her research focuses on discriminatory labor practices, casual labor dynamics, and workplace welfare policies.
- Education: PhD in Labor Law (2007) from University of Bologna
- Committee Role: Tenured member of the Single Committee of Guarantee at University of Milan, overseeing policies against workplace mobbing, discrimination, and promoting welfare.
Her work spans interdisciplinary projects aligned with UN 2030 Agenda goals, including migration integration, gender equality, and linguistic inclusiveness.
