Paola Chiarella

Paola Chiarella is an Associate Professor of Philosophy of Law at the University of Magna Graecia of Catanzaro, where she completed her PhD in Theory of Law and European Legal Order. She has conducted research at Carlos III University of Madrid and the University of Muenster. Her research focuses on legal theory, social justice, legal anthropology, and constitutional politics. She holds academic positions in multiple law and sociology programs, teaching courses such as Philosophy of Law I, Legal Anthropology, and Ethics and Environment. Her work bridges legal philosophy with contemporary societal issues, including welfare state challenges, migration policies, and secularism.
