Pamela Marsh serves as a part-time Adjunct Instructor in the School of Social Innovation at Champlain College, teaching Criminology & Criminal Justice courses. She concurrently holds the position of Addison County Probate Judge, assumed after retiring from private legal practice on December 31, 2022.
Her educational background:
- A.B. in Political Science and Russian Language, Middlebury College (1976)
- J.D., Harvard Law School (1979)
Ms. Marsh specializes in Juvenile Law, Criminal Law, and Child Welfare Law. Certified as a Child Welfare Law Specialist by the National Association of Counsel for Children, she brings 40+ years of legal experience including judicial clerkship, Vermont Legal Aid service (1980-1983), and private practice focused on juvenile cases. Her civic engagement spans boards of Otter Creek Children’s Center and Bridge School in Middlebury, Vermont, alongside active membership in the Vermont Bar Association and American Bar Association.
