PATRICIA REGAL LOPEZ

Patricia Regal Lopez is a Professor at the University of Santiago de Compostela, affiliated with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and the Department of Analytical Chemistry, Nutrition and Bromatology. She is part of the research group LHICA-USC (Food Hygiene, Inspection and Control) and the strategic R&D&I group BioReDes, focusing on sustainable bioresource management.

Her research interests span analytical methods for food safety, hormone analysis in food-producing animals, and implications for human health. Key areas include:
