Oren Abramowitz

Oren Abramowitz is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication Disorders at the School of Health and Natural Sciences, Mercy College. With over 20 years of clinical experience as a speech-language pathologist, he specializes in treating adults with neurogenic communication disorders.

Dr. Abramowitz investigates acquired neurological speech, language, and cognitive deficits in adult populations, particularly emphasizing social deficits in individuals with traumatic brain injury. His clinical work centers on neurogenic communication disorders and motor speech disorders.
