Heidi Ruedinger is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Speech Pathology and Audiology Department at Marquette University. She teaches courses such as Swallowing Disorders and supervises students in clinical settings, including the Marquette University Speech and Hearing Clinic and Neuro Recovery Clinic.

Her research focuses on dysphagia and cognitive rehabilitation for adults with neurogenic disorders, including Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injury, and stroke. She has developed the Cognitive Wellness Group at Marquette to address deficits in conditions like multiple sclerosis and mild cognitive impairment.
