Omid Omidvar is an Associate Professor of Organization Studies at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. His research explores the intersection of digital/computational technologies and organizational processes, focusing on how algorithmic systems impact decision-making, routines, and adaptation. He employs sociological and process theories to analyze contexts like financial institutions, open collaboration initiatives, and public-private partnerships.
