Dr Olinda Santin is a Professor in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Queen's University Belfast. Her research focuses on psychosocial oncology, exploring the health and social care needs of cancer patients, caregivers, and minority groups. She holds an Honorary Professorship at Hanoi University of Public Health and has contributed to global initiatives like CancerCaringCoping.com. Dr Santin teaches Public Health to nursing undergraduates and collaborates internationally on projects addressing supportive oncology services in low-resource settings.
Education: BSc Psychology (2006, Queen's University Belfast), PhD in Epidemiology and Public Health (2010, Queen's University Belfast), MSc in Health Psychology (2016, University of Ulster).
