Tara Anderson is a PhD student and Research Assistant in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Queen's University Belfast. Her research focuses on supportive care needs for families affected by pancreatic cancer and healthcare education. She holds a BSc in Psychology (2023) and joined QUB as a Research Assistant in July 2023.
- Projects: Cross-Cultural Adaptation of a Digital Serious Game for Pancreatic Cancer Awareness in China (2025–present)
Her research interests span nursing education, delirium management, and digital health interventions. Key publications include studies on Parkinson's disease staff training and diabetes education in nursing homes.
- Award: QUB Emily Sarah Montgomery Travel Scholarship (2025)
Active in conferences and workshops, she has presented work on pancreatic cancer caregiver needs and delirium resources. Collaborates on interdisciplinary projects involving nursing, healthcare innovation, and patient advocacy.
