Nydia MacGregor is a Full Teaching Professor and Associate Dean of Graduate Business Programs at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from UC Berkeley, an MBA from UC Davis, and a BA in European History from UC Santa Cruz. Her research focuses on organizational survival, strategic management, and regional industrial clusters, with a particular emphasis on how regulatory changes and community structures influence firm outcomes.
