Jo-Ellen Pozner is an Associate Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business. She joined SCU in 2016 after serving as faculty at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. Her research focuses on organizational ethics, corporate governance, social evaluation, social movements, and misconduct's impact on leadership. Pozner holds a Ph.D. in Management from Northwestern University, an MBA from NYU, and degrees in Economics and International Economics from Johns Hopkins and Georgetown.
