Prof. Norbert Stefan is a Full Professor at the University of Tübingen's Department of Internal Medicine IV, specializing in clinical and experimental diabetology. His work focuses on metabolic health in obesity, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and hepatokine research.
- Pioneered metabolic phenotyping studies in the Tübingen Lifestyle Intervention Program (TULIP)
